Election for Christoph Laeubrich as Committer on Eclipse ChemClipse

I'd like to nominate Christoph Läubrich as a new committer for ChemClipse. He has a profound knowledge in Java and OSGi technology. Furthermore, he contributed several improvements for ChemClipse and showed that he is able to get to the point quickly. ChemClipse is a big framework, but Christoph has proofed himself over one year now. Here are some bugs/issues he is working on respectively he solved:
