Eclipse Triquetrum 0.2.0

Release Date
Deliverables

Besides aligning with the Eclipse Science 2017 Release, a focus of this release is to ensure that Triquetrum can be used with different Ptolemy II configurations.  The test case will be a configuration that supports Cape Code, which uses JavaScript and other actors that are not part of the base Triquetrum configuration.  In particular, we will address how Triquetrum accesses file-based resources.

Adding a first level of support for Actor-Oriented-Classes is another important topic.

Compatibility
  • The RCP block diagram model editor is not meant to be used for production at this time and the model file format may change in future releases. It is currently an XMI format as written by Graphiti and its EMF model.
  • The editor has trial implementations for import or export Ptolemy II MoML files. We hope to have fully operational import and export in future releases.
Target Environments

Triquetrum requires Java 1.8

This release has been tested under Mac OS El Capitan and under Windows.  Linux should also work.

The build delivers an RCP package for linux gtk 32 and 64 bit, windows 32 and 64 bit and Mac OS.
