Election for Mickael Istria as Committer on Eclipse LemMinX

I would like to nominate Mickael Istria as a LemMinX committer. He has been actively developing LemMinX-Maven for many months (submitting critical patches & giving high-quality code reviews). Without his contributions, the project would almost certainly be further behind in development & stability.

He is already a committer on m2e & LSP4E where he's improved Eclipse's integration with LemMinX-Maven greatly. In addition, he is also the project lead on Eclipse Wild Web Developer which integrates LemMinX into Eclipse (essential for LemMinX-Maven's integration in m2e). Again, his work on Wild Web Developer XML has furthered LemMinX's integration into Eclipse.

Finally, Mickael has deep expertise in the Language Server Protocol. I am confident that his experience in Language Server Client integration (LSP4E, Eclipse Wild Web Developer, Eclipse aCute, and more) will be very valuable to ensuring that LemMinX & LemMinX-Maven adhere to the Langue Server specification.
