Changes in this release:
The structure of the file system has been restructured.
We´re now able to interpret urban scenarios of openSCENARIO and openDRIVE files.
We can now spawn on multiple lanes.
The logging mechanism has been changed to a publish/subscribe pattern and is outputted in a csv
We´ve now a new collision module available.
We´re now able to compile with cmake.
The code has been cleaned up and there where some bug fixes.
