The design was drastically improved. The new icons are designed to match with both the light and dark theme. The text labels were updated to conform with the platform standards.
Buildship will be developed and maintained in the foreseeable future.
The project has an active community on the forums mentioned at the `non-code aspects` section. People regularly present ideas, report problems, and provide pull requests for the project.
Over the last few months we observed an increasing number of pull requests via GitHub containing fixes and new features. Some Eclipse-related code - the IDE configuration model - is part of the Gradle Build Tool codebase, we receive contributions there too.
We also receive regular report via AERI.
We promote Buildship on the Gradle Summit and on the EclipseCon conferences with the latest updates on the project.
