Election for Erwin Waterlander as Committer on Eclipse CDT (C/C++ Development Tooling)

Erwin has made an impact on the Eclipse CDT project. He has been contributing substantially to the makefile builder in CDT (part of Core build). In addition Erwin has made a significant contribution by completing in depth reviews, working with the community, and contributing some key documentation.
