Election for Mat Booth as Committer on Eclipse Orbit Project

I would like to nominate Mat Booth as a committer on the Orbit project.

Mat has done a wide variety of releng work for the Fedora community, and it has given him a great understanding of the CBI process. He has also made many contributions to different projects such as JDT, PDE, platform.ui, platform.swt, p2, equinox.framework to ensure their build processes are in good shape. As a result, I know we could benefit greatly from having him manage some of the contributions coming into Orbit on behalf of the Platform. His help on reviews and testing of other contributions would also be a welcome addition.
