Election for Brad Micklea as Project Lead on Eclipse Che

Brad has made substantial contributions to Che from its beginning. He's defined and managed the docs, support channels, web site, conference, and marketing events causing Che's usage to go from 1000 hours / day to 50,000 hours / day. He's been responsible for shaping the roadmap, collaborating with Gennady and myself on improving our community and development processes to encourage community contributions. He's also been responsible for managing complex partner relationships that influence the shape and direction of the community.
