Tobias (https://www.eclipse.org/user/tstummer) showed us his abilities in backend und database development and by writing services. He also improved the code quality by covering his own code with good and reliable unit tests with a high coverage of tests and by adjusting existing unit tests. Tobias works in this project intensively and delivers very good code for many functions. Additionally, he contributes in architectural decisions with valuable input.
He understands the Eclipse workflows and can explain the Eclipse workflows to others. So now it is time for him to take more responsibility as a committer.
