Election for John Ward as Committer on Eclipse BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools)

John Ward has been involved as a user, advocate, and contributor to the BIRT Project since its inception.

They have addressed the following bugs:
- web site, forums, various plugin code

They have also evangelized, train, etc.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate John Ward as a committer on Eclipse Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
