Jacopo has been an essential developer on the EDDIE project within the Oniro
umbrella. He has been developing the communication layer and API. At the time of
this writing he contributed 13 patches, from a total of 34 in the EDDIE project.
That makes him the number two committer with 38% of all contributions.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Jacopo as a committer on Eclipse Oniro Core Platform.
