This is a maintenance catch-up to release the translations that had been dutifully made from our community of translators and language champions since 0.19.2 in 2021 for all releases of Eclipse IDE SimRel in 2022.
The end deliverable is an equivalent to R0.19.2 but supporting the 2022 releases, which have not yet had applicable releases.
Changing to a new minor release was decided as all Eclipe IDE versions supported were not in other releases, and supported a full year of release train.
This deliverable, while in March of 2023, is not directly correlating to Eclipse IDE SimRel for 2023-03 (4.27). A different release more applicable to the SimRel Eclipse IDE release will be planned.
Compatibilty is specific to Eclipse 4.23 2022-03 IDE SimRel, Eclipse 4.24 2022-06 IDE SimRel, Eclipse 4.25 2022-09 IDE SimRel, and Eclipse 4.26 2022-12 IDE SimRel releases, as well as the Handly, Datatools, and Mylyn projects coordinated with those releases if not in the SimRel release.
