The following are the main new features a part of this release :
- Provide support for Java 23.
- Support dynamic code actions through LSP snippet syntax.
- Control scope for search operations (eg. references, call hierarchy, workspace symbols).
- Introduce new type mismatch quickfix for constructor invocations.
- Add "Organize Imports" as a clean up.
