Martin Stemmer has been contributing to Eclipse BaSyx since 2025 and is one of the main contributors to the new Go-based implementation of BaSyx.
He focuses on the backend and infrastructure components of the BaSyx Go stack and has implemented several essential features. His most relevant contributions include:
• Implementation of the AAS Registry in Go [1]
• Security implementation for BaSyx Go (ABAC, aligned with IDTA AAS Specification Part 4 – Security) [2]
• Query Language implementation in BaSyx Go [3]
In addition, Martin is the task force lead for Security within the Industrial Digital Twin Association (IDTA) and contributes to the development and maintenance of the AAS Security specification (Part 4). He also represents BaSyx at workshops and community events.
Based on his ongoing technical contributions and responsibility for core components, I would like to nominate Martin Stemmer as a committer for the Eclipse BaSyx project.
