Not only Tom has contributed quite a few valuable features to the upstream Che (like the ability of adding default plugin via URL, that is not in a plugin registry) but he also has a strong focus on documentation (Document installing Eclipse Che on kind, Prerequisite Notes on Network Connectivity)
