Election for Stéphane Ducasse as Committer on Eclipse SageTea Runtime

I would like to nominate Stéphane Ducasse as a committer for the Eclipse SageTea Runtime project.

Stéphane has already made substantial contributions toward the Pharo migration effort for SageTea Runtime, including:

Initial Pharo baseline architecture
Metacello dependency organization improvements
Guidance on Pharo package structure and conventions
CI/CD modernization guidance
Iceberg/FileTree repository organization
Pharo 13 compatibility and migration support

His expertise in Pharo, Metacello, and modern Smalltalk tooling has already materially improved the SageTea Runtime migration effort and development workflow.

Granting committer status would allow Stéphane to collaborate directly within the central Eclipse repository and continue guiding the Pharo modernization effort efficiently.

I recommend approval of committer status for Stéphane Ducasse.
