Eclipse Tyrus 2.1.5

Tyrus 2.1.5 is a Jakarta EE EE compatible Jakarta WebSocket implementation. This service release contains:

• Fix for passing response status set during TyrusClientEndpointConfigurator#modifyHandshake to the client
• Fix for passing the reason phrase during TyrusClientEndpointConfigurator#modifyHandshake to the client
• The TyrusClientEndpointConfigurator subclass of ClientEndpointConfig.Configurator now receives the UpgradeRequest with prefilled URL and HTTP headers before the HTTP Upgrade Handshake takes place
• The module-info contains updated Grizzly module names introduced by Grizzly 4.0.1 module-infos.
