Neil O'Toole has recently begun contributing to the Eclipse ioFog project after spending a considerable amount of time working at Edgeworx, inc. as a user of Eclipse ioFog. Neil will be contributing substantial amounts of work on the Eclipse ioFog project immediately. Given this information, I highly recommend that Neil O'Toole be elected as a committer to the project.
