Election for Andrei Cristea as Project Lead on Eclipse Keyple®

For the past four years, Andrei has been one of the two main contributors to the Eclipse Keyple project, with several thousand contributions since February 2020.
His contributions are numerous, for example "among others":
- He designed Keyple's distributed solution for operating remote readers.
- He refactored Keyple's entire architecture to separate APIs in order to reduce dependencies between components, and to be able to add new functionalities through extension solutions (card, crypto).
