Election for Jean-Pierre Fortune as Project Lead on Eclipse Keyple®

For the past six years, Jean-Pierre Fortune has been one of the main contributors to the Eclipse Keyple project, with several thousand contributions since February 2018.
His contributions are numerous, for example "among others":
- He designed a generic way of integrating any smart card reader solution with Keyple.
- It has defined high-level interfaces to manage all Calypso smart card solutions, and implemented all associated security processing.
