Meddy Menzikoff is a Java/Kotlin dev expert, he made the refactoring of the Android plugins for the Eclipse Keyple project.

Meddy already added around 12,000 lines to the project Eclipse Keyple project. He did also some other plugin implementations for which we have to process an IP review before to add them to the project.
Alexandre will actively continue to improve the range of plugins for the Java implementation of Eclipse Keyple, he deserves to be committer.
