This release provides an implementation of LWM2M specification 1.0.x.
All LWM2M features are not covered but most of them. (See LWM2M Supported features)
This release provides demos but they are not part of the API.

Pretty hard to have clear vision about usages but there are some indicators :
- questions from community on github.
- leshan has 272 fork and 378 star on github.
- leshan seems to be cited pretty often in google scholar.
- iot-lab seems to provide a dedicated sandbox.
About adopters, we have some informal feedback from LWM2M test fests saying that leshan is widely used at server side. At client side adopation is less clear, mainly used in simulators or android demos.
We get some contributions mainly from research (RISE, KTH EECS), not so much from the industry (Bosch mainly)
Leshan project colaborates closely with californium project. (mainly ported by Bosch too)
