I plan this progress review

I plan this progress review to be able to release a new Milestone release soon but I get later that this is mainly needed for minor and major release.
So there is no urgency about doing this progress review, I don't know if this is better to cancel it and replan it when we will be nearer to release a new minor/major version or if we should do it now anyway.
Currently, my main concern would be to be sure there is no IP issue with some dependencies (mainly yarn ones) of the project. (I checked that license is OK but the IP process is still not crystal clear to me)
