Election for Riley Maltos as Committer on Eclipse VOLTTRON

Riley Maltos has been part of the Eclipse VOLTTRON project for the past 2 years and signicantly contributed to development
of several features of Eclipse VOLTTRON. He has developed HomeAssitant driver to collect data and control IoT devices to improve energy effiiency

in smart homes, he has developed BACnet Scan tool to help users to easily detect BACnet and configure BACnet devices in the network to easy data collection and control. He is currently working on
creating VOLTTRON installer UI to enable easy configuration and deployment of VOLTTRON instances.

They are also working on Transactive Network Template project that uses VOLTTRON as underlying for data collection and communication medium to facilitate interactive
grid services involving utility markets. He is also go-to person in our company for sensor deployments across various labs.
