Description: 

This release will focus on providing API and extension points to exchange the storage backend implementation and implement a proof-of-concept MongoDB implementation based on the new API. Furthermore it will include the usual maintenance bug fixes.

API Certification: 

The project leadership certifies that the APIs in this release are "Eclipse Quality".

None.

None.

None. 

Usability Details: 

1.2 provides API and extension points to exchange the storage backend implementation and fixes issues when being used in a mixed environment. 

End of Life: 

EMFStore does not load and activate every EPackage by default upon startup any more. If this is required users have to use the provided API. 

Standards: 

None.

Communities: 

The community remains to be active measured by newsgroup entries, BRs and contributions.
