Description
The major content for this release is integration with teh CDT code editing environment. Users can use the CDT editor to enter/edit the action code associted with the behaviour state machines.

Non-Code Aspects
- Initial user documentation available on the Papyrus-RT wiki.
- No support currently for the externalization. This has to be planned for a second release
