Daniel has been involved since the origins of Sirius, even before it was an Eclipse Project, as he has been its inventor, made its first specifications and contributed since then to its planning and sponsoring.
Once it was made OSS he worked more in the background making sure it meets the needs both for modelers serving any kind of existing or upcoming DSLs, and for rich, complex and demanding modeling environments such as Capella, for which he is also a co-lead.
He did this through his own organization but also in collaboration with other organizations using both Sirius or Capella.
In practical terms, his contributions are more on orientation, specification and roadmapping than commits, hence he doesn't request committer rights per say unless it is required (the handbook doesn't mention it as a requirement).
Now that Stephane Bonnet left the project he'd like to do it more in the foreground in coordination with Pierre-Charles. Thank you for your support, Pierre-Charles!
