I want to nominate Nico Prediger as a committer. Nico volunteered to help with the build infrastructure and maintenance of the Jenkins instances. Please find a list of contributions here:

Nico is a dedicated dev ops engineer who will bring the build infrastructure into a stable and future proof shape.
I'm nominating him now since he cannot do too much as a mere contributor in that direction. The interaction will be much more efficient with him on the team as a committer.
