Deliverables
The Aether project generally provides two sets of deliverables:
- Aether Core, i.e. the API, SPI, utility classes and base implementation of the library.
- Aether Ant Tasks, a collection of tasks for Apache Ant to employ Aether for interaction with repositories using the Apache Maven format.
Due to the fact that the bugfixes in this release only affect OSGi users, the Aether Ant Tasks are not participating in this release, i.e. the previous 0.9.0 release of those is still the latest version.

Fix OSGi Support
The Code Recommenders project encountered issues with the Import-Package statements in the bundles that prevented proper adoption of Aether's 0.9.0 release. The manifests now use the correct lower bounds for the version ranges in question.
