Gerald is a Product Architect at IBM. He has made numerous contributions to
the Eclipse CDT , Eclipse TM4E and Eclipse LSP4E projects in the recent past:

As the Babel project is currently in peril, having tragically lost its
project lead and with only one semi-active committer, it is imperative that
Eclipse Babel recruit new, experienced committers to help modernize the build
process. Gerald is familiar with the EDP and is already an active Eclipse
contributor.
