Andrea Bertagnolli (https://projects.eclipse.org/user/16161) recently become part of the core contributor of the Eclipse Dataspace Connector team and has made a huge impact providing features and improvements on the project as also statistics show (14% in the last three months and overall, already more than 100 closed PR).
By way of example, he has addressed the following features, issues and bugs:
- Contribution to the AssetIndex
- Contribution to the Transfer Process Manager
- Implementation of the Asset Data Management API
- Implementation of S3 protocol for data plane
- State Machine improvements
He has also support various activities to mature build and deployment process by creating and maintaining corresponding test cases, GH actions, pipelines and setting up demo environments.
For these reasons and the long-term outlook for his involvement on the core team, it is my pleasure to nominate Andrea Bertagnolli as a committer on Eclipse Dataspace Connector.
