Project
With this restructuring, we will move the project to the Eclipse Technology Top-level Project, rename Raster Processing Engine to Eclipse ImageN, and set the license to Apache-2.0, and change to the scope to the following:
The Eclipse ImageN project provides an extensible, on-demand image processing library with no artificial restrictions on raster size or number of bands.
Existing project code will be relicensed under Apache-2.0.
