I propose Simon Skoczylas as a new project committer. Simon made very valuable
contributions over the last time. He reviewed and updated the technical documentation,
fixed bugs, found new bugs, and made a great job in preparing the restructuring
of our code, including updating the build scripts.
Simon is a long time user of our project and we know him well.
