I would like to nominate Frederic Ebelshaeuser as a committer on the Eclipse Marketplace Project. He has continuously helped us to maintain the Marketplace Client in the past and pushed the concepts that help us modernize the Client (MPC 3.0), see e.g., https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=578540.
Recently, he took over the integration of the new Apache HttpClient into the Eclipse Marketplace Client, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=578554.

I am confident the whole project will benefit from having Frederic formally on board as a committer.

Carsten Reckord +1 Even though Freddy only has a couple of commits in the MPC project, he's been working with me on the project for years, discussing and challenging the concepts we worked on for the Foundation, manually integration-testing releases, giving valuable UX feedback and being a good sparring partner when hunting down bugs. With the work he's done in Yatta's proprietary tools based on MPC, he's familiar with the code base and the project's culture. As he's shown with the listed commits, he's a valuable addition to the project.
