Håvard Mikkelsen Ottestad has been a core committer on the RDF4J project for the past 6 years, and in that time has made a tremendous impression on the quality and performance of all aspects of RDF4J. Many of you will know that he has been the main designer and creator of the SHACL module. In addition to that Håvard has been leading design and implementation of improvements of all aspects of the platform, in particular in relation to overall performance. He has also been instrumental in shaping our thinking on developer ergonomics, introducing more flexible workflows and release/deployment procedures.
To put some numbers on his involvement: in the past 3 months, nearly 48% of all commits done on the RDF4J project were by Håvard, varying from small bug fixes to major redesigns and refactorings to get us ready for the next major release. Some recent PRs include:

Apart from his activities as a committer, Håvard has been engaging with both our user community as well as with the larger Eclipse Foundation organisation on a regular basis, handling aspects of the project such as support, our IP logs and legal reviews, etc.
For these reasons, it gives me great pleasure to nominate Håvard as co-lead on the RDF4J project.
