Election for Ondrej Dockal as Project Lead on Eclipse RedDeer

Hi all,

I will not have enough time to lead RedDeer project anymore therefore Im nominating Ondrej to replace me.
Ondrej is currently most active contributor, he helped me with releasing and knows the project well.
