Compatibility
This will be the first release of Sapphire.
Target Environments
This release will target Eclipse Helios SR1 as the recommended configuration, but will also be compatible with the initial Eclipse Helios release. Sapphire requires Java 5 and has no operating system specific dependencies.

General
The most important goal of this release is to get the project established at the Eclipse Foundation, to make the initial contribution and to start taking advantage of the available infrastructure.
