Election for Gaurav Mishra as Committer on Eclipse SW360

Gaurav Mishra recently started as a full time employee and contributor to Eclipse SW360 project.
He is a valuable community player, He is an opensource enthusiast and maintainer and contributor for Fossology(https://www.fossology.org/) opensource project.
He has also co-created multiple oss projects (Gaurav's github profile https://github.com/gmishx), he is oss committer for more than 5 years now.
