Election for Soranko Kalle as Committer on Eclipse SW360

Dear Committer Colleagues,

I would like to nominate Kalle for being a committer to the eclipse/sw360 project for a number of reasons:

* he contributed pull requests already
* he contributed tests and reviews
* we have had him regularly in our bi-weekly dev telcos
* he did presentations about sw360
... since more than 6 months now.

The committer status is a good development for him enable to support contributions, issues and pull requests more efficiently. And last but not least it is acknowledging his contributions to the project. Please do not hesitate to contact me in case of questions.
