Election for Leo von Klenze as Committer on Eclipse SW360

Dear Committer Colleagues,

I would like to nominate Leo von Klenze as committer for eclipse/Sw360. He has started working regularly Dec last year on Eclipse SW360, but also he has contributed quite some pull requests when the repo was at sw360/sw360portal (https://github.com/sw360/sw360portal/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aclosed+author…) last year. Thus, he is very familiar with the project. As with Kalle, committer status would help a lot in terms of managing issues, and managing pull requests.
