Lucas Schnebele has made an impact on the XFSC Federated Catalog (FC) and Portal projects.
He did a good NeoPortal prototype which can be extended to substitute the XFSC Portal project in the future: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/lucasschnebele/neoportal
He also working now on the extension of FC project to support GAIA-X Loire release: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/groups/eclipse/xfsc/cat/-/epics/6, so we need a Committer role for him.

- Wayne Beaton (-1) I have not been able to find any public record of contribution to the Eclipse XFSC project by the nominee and so, regrettably, I have to veto this election on behalf of the Eclipse Technology PMC. I am hopeful that the candidate will be able to make contributions to the Eclipse XFSC in the public record that can be used as the basis for a new election in the future.
