I'm afraid I find planning through this tool to not be very useful. I think it just leads to generation of this page: https://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?projectid=tools.aspectj which no-one ever reads (including me). Recently we have moved from github being a mirror to github being the real location of the project and that is where we will manage the project going forward (developers will raise github issues now, not bugzilla entries). Effectively the face of this project is likely to become github.com/eclipse/aspectj - hence going forward we will work hard to keep that location up to date. Due to the limited resource on the project there was no plan for 1.9.7 other than support more recent Java.
