Election for Alois Zoitl as Committer on Eclipse Graphical Editing Framework (GEF)

As announced via the mailing list, I would like to nominate Alois as GEF (classic) committer.

Alois is professor at the Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. Alois Zoitl
conducted and led several industry and public funded R&D projects. He
is a founding member of the open source project Eclipse 4diac which is
based on GEF and has contributed lots patches to GEF classic
with a contact flow of more.

Alois also helped reviewing incoming changes and showed responsiblity to upstream projects by reverting a change which would have broken GMF if contribute to the sim release.
