While Eclipse TCF is mostly used together with Eclipse CDT to debug C/C++ applications, it is independent from CDT, C/C++ or any any other languages. It is a generic framework supporting remote debugging, profiling, tracing and other embedded software development needs. With the successful completion of this review, we will make Eclipse TCF a direct subproject of the Eclipse Tools Top Level Project.
