Election for Bouchet Stéphane as Project Lead on Eclipse Target Management: Terminal and Remote System Explorer (RSE)

Stephane has been an adopter of RSE for a couple years due to his involvement in the JBoss Tools project and productization work for Red Hat CodeReady Studio.

Nick wants to step down. Stephane has the skills to continue keeping RSE builds alive and contributing it to the simrel.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the team, it is my pleasure to nominate Stephane as the new project lead for the Eclipse Target Management: Terminal and Remote System Explorer (RSE) project.
