TM 3.7 is a minor release that ships with Luna Service Release 2. It provides a number of bug fixes along with some changes to the RSE terminal support that makes it easier to provide alternate implementations.
The project leadership certifies that the APIs in this release are "Eclipse Quality".

There are no changes to usability other than allowing separate terminal implementations to the used.
The old RSE terminal implementation will be replaced with a new version in Mars.

The RSE community is declining, however there is now renewed interest around providing a simple target management infrastructure based on the org.eclipse.remote plugins.
