Election for Matthew Khouzam as Project Lead on Eclipse Trace Compass

I would like to nominate Matthew Khouzam as Eclipse Trace Compass Project Lead.

Matthew has had a strong and long-lasting impact on the Trace Compass project. As a committer, he contributed major pieces such as the CTF parser, LTTng2 features, many important performance improvements, and the initial SWTBot-based UI testing framework of Trace Compass. These contributions significantly improved both the performance and quality of the project.

Over the years, Matthew has also brought forward many good ideas that helped shape Trace Compass, including features like the Call Stack view and Flame Graphs for profiling applications. In addition, he has been very active in the community, especially through his close collaboration with universities, helping attract new users and contributors.

He has currently 1218 commits to the Trace Compass main repository which makes him the 2nd leading committer of the project.

Matthew is also the project lead of the Trace Compass Incubator project [2] and co-lead of the eclipse-cdt-cloud project [3] where the Trace Compass components for the VsCode and Eclipse Theia integration reside [3]. In both projects Matthew has been an active contributor as well.

With his technical expertise, vision, and strong community involvement, Matthew would be an excellent Trace Compass Project Lead.
