Election for Nikifor Fedorov as Committer on Eclipse Passage

I would like to nominate Nikifor for committer. Nikifor started his contributions from the excellent art work for Eclipse Passage and provided all the content for https://github.com/eclipse-passage/passage-images repository
In parallel he did a lot of work to increase the test coverage and started to implement "billing" subsystem for Eclipse Passage Operator RCP.
