Election for Hannes Wellmann as Committer on Eclipse Maven Integration - m2eclipse

Hannes have contributed to m2e many patches to make it much easier to maintain and develop m2e and making m2e more welcoming to new contributors; this work is really important and profitable for m2e continued success and is well realized. Hannes demonstrated a strong interest in m2e, as a technology, as a project and a community, and shown good technical expertise that made him find and implement good solutions to non-trivial and profitable issues.
For this reason, I think it would be a good thing to have Hannes as a committer on m2e project. Please join me in welcoming Hannes as a new m2e committer!
