Mark is a relatively new contributor to the Eclipse Theia project, but he has already demonstrated key reasons as to why he deserves to be a committer. Mark has shown strong programming skills and a good understanding of the framework which has helped him tackle difficult challenges, including his complex under review contributions to support localization, and his fallback logic for websockets to instead use HTTP when necessary. He has also helped others by performing in-depth code reviews with additional feedback to further improve contributions. Mark also engages with the overall Eclipse Theia community by responding to issues, answering question on our community forums, and providing coding assistance.
